The Helix HS40/2 is a twin arm, fully automatic machine for stretch wrapping palletized loads with polyethylene stretch film.
This stretch wrapping machine is ideal for environments with very high production outputs or loads which require an above average amount of film to contain them effectively. The rotating arm technology allows the stretch wrapping process to be performed on a static pallet. This minimises the risk of products falling from the load during the wrapping process.
Every pallet stretch wrapping machine from Robopac can be fitted with a power pre stretch film delivery system to reduce film usage by up to 50% (vs. hand wrapping) and substantially increases load stability and presentation. The Pre stretch ratio is adjustable by changing gears or from the operator control panel.
Helix pallet stretch wrapping machine represents the ideal solution for wrapping light, easily deformable, unstable loads that can be found in almost any market segment. Due to versatile construction of the rotary arm design the Helix range of stretch wrapping machines can be configured to wrap a wide range of products including those larger and smaller than a standard pallet.
